I haven't posted about politics before on this blog (since it is about cats, after all) but I couldn't help but pass along this nugget: Sarah Palin Hates Cats.

Are you going to trust someone that hates cats? I've always been suspicious of cat haters.

Check out what Sarah Palin's best friends say about her:

It's pretty interesting that out of Palin's 6 best friends only one of them will commit to voting for her. That says a lot.

Also: check out this letter written about Sarah Palin by a resident of her small town (Wasilla, Alaska.)

Reveal The Secrets Of Cats!

I'm more concerned that she's anti choice even in cases of incest & rape and that she tried to get books banned from the library when she was mayor and that she lied about the "bridge to nowhere" (along with just about everything else she said in her speech) and that she won't even answer questions from the media. If she's not tough enough to stand up to the media how can she possibly be tough enough to be President? It's insane!

But yes the fact that she's scared of cats makes me scared of her. I've always been suspicious of anti cat people. Anti cat people tend to be anti intellectuals.

and the last thing we need is another anti intellectual in the white house (thanks but no thanks to four more years of the exact same crap we've had over the last 8 years!)

It's interesting that her friend said that Sarah Palin is scared of cats because Sarah Palin scares me! Our country will go down the tubes (even faster) if she makes it anywhere near the White House.

In my opinion Sarah Palin is a disgrace to all thinking American women. We cannot let her be the first woman in the White House!

Anonymous - if you hate cats then you are at the wrong website. people who hate cats tend to be intellectual midgets. certainly there may be exceptions - but it seems quite obvious Sarah Palin isn't one of them.

She's George W. Bush in a skirt.

Is it true that Palin used to wear a suit and a tie to the Wasilla City Council meetings in an effort to look "tough?"

I don't know about that one anonymous what I do know is that she is lying about the "Bridge to Nowhere."

What's really crazy is she just keeps on lying about it every single day even though it's a known fact that she supported the project in 2006.

Why does she think that lying is acceptable? I just don't get it.

Sarah Palin scares me, too. Overnight, she has made everything right in McCain-world simply by becoming the poster child of the gun-loving, oil-gushing, gay-hating, abstainence-embracing, abortion-abolishing, deficit-inflating conservative Christian wingnut sector. The very people who who were lukewarm at best toward McCain are going ga-ga over this Charleton Heston-wannabe only because of what she thinks, despite accomplishing aboslutely nothing. ----Tony

I don't know if this is really true but the suit and tie story apparently goes like this: she wore a tie to a city council meeting as it was part of an outfit she was wearing that day. She looked a bit frazzled because her tie was crooked as a result of her carrying one of her children and the child had been tugging on her tie. ---Ben, from Alaska

She's called a maverick, but is afraid of cats? Something is wrong there.
We need leaders who will serve God rather than money (you can't serve both).
I'm pro-life and I think Obama's campaign offers more hope for the unborn and for women who usually suffer from post abortion symptoms emotionally and/or physically.
Pro-life for all.
