Jinxsy has colorpoints on her extremities (tail, ear tips, etc.) in a chocolate or seal color. Blue eyes accompany this color pattern. This is a Siamese trait. Seal is dark seal brown points with a light tan body color and chocolate is milk chocolate points with an ivory body color. It is a recognized color pattern in other breeds, including Ragdolls. Ragdolls are large however, so your cat does not resemble this breed in size.

Because her face is slightly flattened and she has a compact body, she shows evidence of some Himalayan Persian influence. Her small size is reminiscent of a dwarf or miniature breed. If she vocalizes a lot, that is the Siamese influence.

She appears to have a medium length coat, so she is probably a mixed breed. You could identify her best breed match by looking at some photos of the breeds I mentioned. There was an attempt in the past to breed Mini-Himalayans which has since been revitalized. To me, this is the breed your cat most resembles.

From her picture and size, I would call her a Seal Point Mini-Himalayan.
